Allensworth Elementary School - SMS Services 

Terms and Conditions 

The SMS Service of Allensworth Elementary School District(“Allensworth Elementary”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is used by schools and school districts to communicate with their communities (parents, students, teachers, staff, alumni, etc.) via SMS messages. 

The messages through our service include news, updates, notifications, emergency alerts, and more. Frequency of the messages vary. 
Receiving SMS messages through our service and replying to them may cause users to incur charges and fees in accordance with their mobile plans. Those charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the individual users. We recommend our users to consult with their mobile carriers in regards to those charges, fees and other costs. 

Subscribers of this service can cancel their subscription by replying STOP to any message they receive from the service. 

The mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
